These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the hi2 online casino and sports betting platform. By registering an account or using any hi2 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

One Account Per Person
Each player may hold exactly one hi2 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
18+ Age Requirement
hi2 is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Underage accounts are closed immediately.
BDT Payments Only
All transactions on hi2 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No cryptocurrency or international card payments are accepted.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn without meeting those requirements.
Fair Play Obligation
Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting tools, engage in arbitrage abuse, or collude with other players is prohibited and will result in account closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your hi2 login credentials. hi2 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the player's own negligence.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hi2 ("hi2", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the hi2 website located at https://hi2.bio, including all associated games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support functions (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the hi2 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the hi2 service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hi2 Platform and close your account.
hi2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, hi2 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last revised.
These Terms should be read alongside the hi2 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and hi2. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the hi2 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age. hi2 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not acting as an agent, representative, or employee of any competing gambling operator or game provider while using the Platform.
- You are not a self-excluded player who has previously requested exclusion from hi2 or from gambling platforms generally, and whose exclusion period has not yet expired.
- You have not been previously suspended or permanently banned from the hi2 Platform for any breach of these Terms.
- You are accessing hi2 in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by applicable local law.
Age Verification
hi2 employs a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process that requires all players to verify their age and identity before any withdrawal is processed. Players will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document — this may be a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — alongside proof of the payment method used for deposits. All documents are reviewed by the hi2 compliance team within 24 hours of submission during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
hi2 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time, including immediately upon registration if the Platform's risk systems flag a concern. Where a player is unable or unwilling to complete age verification, hi2 will suspend the account and hold any balance pending the completion of KYC. Where verified evidence establishes that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and the original deposit amount will be returned to the depositing payment method where technically possible.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of hi2 services — including deposits, game play, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your account details if any information changes.
One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the hi2 Platform at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under your own identity or under another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hi2 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets or game results associated with those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein. The determination of whether multiple accounts constitute duplicate registrations rests entirely with hi2, acting reasonably.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hi2 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason. hi2 strongly recommends that you:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP from within your account settings.
- Log out of your account fully after each session, particularly when accessing hi2 from a shared or public device.
- Never save your hi2 password in a shared browser profile or an unsecured password manager.
- Contact [email protected] immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
hi2 will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — that result from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account credentials. Where unauthorised access is reported promptly, hi2 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account to prevent further transactions.
Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. hi2 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, the player must log in and complete any outstanding KYC requirements.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the hi2 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). hi2 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, international bank transfers, or credit card payments at this time. Supported payment methods are limited to mobile financial services widely available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as selected local bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
Deposits
Deposits are typically credited to your hi2 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. hi2 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply standard transaction charges per their own terms. You must ensure that all deposits are made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third party's payment account are not permitted and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash and Nagad: Typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval during BST business hours.
- Rocket and Upay: Typically processed within 2–6 hours of approval.
- Local bank transfer: Processed within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule.
hi2 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals above ৳10,000, or withdrawals to a new payment method. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where there is an ongoing investigation into suspected fraudulent activity on the account.
Transaction Errors
In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account — including but not limited to a software malfunction, a duplicate transaction, or a payment provider error — hi2 reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting the account balance, regardless of whether funds have already been wagered. You are obligated to report any apparent transaction error to [email protected] as soon as it is discovered and must not knowingly exploit or wager funds credited as a result of an obvious error.
Bonuses & Promotions
From time to time, hi2 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is communicated. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.
Wagering Requirements
Unless a promotion expressly states that it is "no wagering", all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement will be stated as a multiplier — for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the validity period expires will be removed automatically.
Bonus Abuse & Misuse
hi2 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. The following activities are considered abuse and may result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and permanent account suspension:
- Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
- Using bonus funds in a manner specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, including through hedged betting strategies, low-risk arbitrage wagering, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics.
- Coordinating with other players to abuse referred-player bonuses or referral programmes.
- Providing false information during registration in order to qualify for a welcome bonus intended only for new players.
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
hi2 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable platform for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hi2 Platform. Any player found engaging in any of the activities listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.
Prohibited Activities
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC, using stolen payment credentials, or making chargeback requests on valid gambling transactions.
- Money Laundering: Using the hi2 Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money. hi2 cooperates fully with relevant financial intelligence authorities and reports suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
- Automated Betting Tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or collect odds data from the Platform without explicit written permission from hi2.
- Software Exploitation: Knowingly exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in the Platform's software or games to generate winnings that would not have been possible under normal operating conditions.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to multi-account collusion in poker or live dealer games, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated strategy designed to exploit other players or the Platform.
- Match Fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from the fixing of any sporting event on which bets are offered on the hi2 Platform, including cricket matches, football games, kabaddi events, or any other sport.
- Unauthorised Commercial Use: Using the hi2 Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised in writing by hi2, including operating an agency account on behalf of multiple individual bettors.
Platform Integrity
hi2 uses automated risk management and fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts and transactions continuously. Where unusual patterns are detected — including abnormal betting sequences, suspicious deposit and withdrawal timing, or device fingerprints associated with previously banned accounts — hi2 may suspend the account pending investigation without prior notice. hi2's determination on matters of Platform integrity is final, subject only to a formal dispute resolution process initiated through [email protected].
Account Suspension & Closure
hi2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, where hi2 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following applies:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player's account has been involved in fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
- The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- The player has made a chargeback or payment dispute claim against a legitimate hi2 transaction.
- hi2 is required to close the account by operation of law, regulatory requirement, or court order.
- The player has requested self-exclusion under the hi2 Responsible Gaming Policy.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their hi2 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected] and requesting account closure in writing. Upon receipt of a closure request, hi2 will process any remaining eligible balance to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed. Once an account is voluntarily closed, the player may request a new account after a cooling-off period of 30 days, provided no self-exclusion request was made as part of the closure.
Self-Exclusion Closure
Where an account is closed as part of a self-exclusion request made under the hi2 Responsible Gaming Policy, the closure is treated as a permanent or time-limited exclusion depending on the option selected by the player. Self-exclusion closures cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period has fully expired. Players who have self-excluded are urged to also self-exclude from other gambling platforms and to seek support through responsible gaming resources. Liability & Disclaimer
The hi2 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While hi2 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform operates without interruption, is free from material errors, and that all games and betting markets function as described, hi2 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hi2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the hi2 Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from service interruptions or game malfunctions.
- Loss of data or account content resulting from technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
- Losses incurred as a result of any unauthorised access to your account attributable to your own failure to maintain credential security.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
- Any decisions made by the player based on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to a data feed error.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which hi2 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the hi2 customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the hi2 Privacy Policy and the hi2 Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and hi2 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
